This installation method creates a floating floor which means gripstrip vinyl planking covers the subfloor without adhering or fastening to it in any manner. Fill the entire floor with the vinyl until you reach the edges. It is easy to cut requires no bonding to the subfloor and snaps together edge to edge and end to end. To install each piece peel the adhesive backing off the plank and stick it to the subfloor.

Work your way across the floor applying the vinyl according your your pattern. Gripstrip vinyl plank flooring has a manufacturer applied adhesive layer that connects the planks to one another. Lay out some of the glue allow it to dry until tacky stick the vinyl roll over it with your roller and repeat the process at the next section.
