The other reasons for the car turn signal light not working can be a faulty flasher switch or fuse.
What you will need to do is check what voltage your cart is running at.
If the voltage reducer was hooked up improperly the lights may have been blown out due to over voltage.
Use the supplied brake lead harness for switch connection.
I have replaced the fuse coming off the throttle switch the throttle switch has been replaced.
If the golf cart itself runs okay but just the light don t work you will need to find the fuse the lights are running on.
On some cars you may need to extend the purple and black horn wire depending on desired location.

Check to see if head light switch is getting power with dvom no power either fuse blown loose plug break in wire corrosion etc then check to see if power is coming out of switch if power coming out of switch.
2 use part number 6439 turn signal head that will have a corresponding nine pin connector and horn button for a plug and play installation.
You can make a fused jumper with 16 gauge wire two clamps and an in line fuse holder.

All it requires is a simple replacement of the bulb.
I have a club car 2004 precedent the horn lights are not working.
You will either have a blown fuse or find the wire for the lights that connects to the battery you may have a broken wire where the wire connects to the battery or voltage reducer.
The bulb or bulbs may have become dark or the filaments inside them would have burnt out or got broken.
